OUR BRAND NEW LUXURY SMALLER GEM FOR COUPLES OR SMALLER FAMILIES
Luxury villa with three double bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a small office/TV room or guest room. As all our villas, the layout is open plan which offers alfresco dining with the large lounge doors opening towards the covered terrace and pool. Enjoy sitting around the wood burner which will offer cosy warmth during the cooler evenings. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people.
The master bedroom has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom with infrared sauna. The other two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with double sinks and double showers. There is a separate toilet.
This villa is next to our larger Villa Sable and could be booked together. Both villas together could accommodate up to 18 people. This could be the perfect retreat if there are different friends or family members joining the annual holiday.
The local beaches are only 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bike. The golf course of Cassy is within a two minute walk.

Location
Andernos les Bain is the closest town to the villa and lies in the heart of the Arcachon Bay. It is only 30km from the Merignac airport and has been developed as a vibrant tourist destination within the last years.
You can find all the amenities you need to make your holiday to a perfect break. Visit the local market which opens every day and chose from the freshest products and seafood you’ve ever tasted.
Andernos-les-Bains also offers a nightclub, a casino and a cinema beside many local shops and fine boutiques
