Recreational parent and child Retreats

We are delighted to welcome you to some of our new Yoga retreats in 2020 at Villa Rose in Uzes.

We are delighted to offer a very niche yoga designed for parents and children aged between 5-10 years of age. The yoga is based on the Hatha type yoga with an emphasis on the principles of the Scaravelli school.

We aim to provide a relaxing environment for the parent/guardian and child to give them quality time together but also as an individual. This means there will be time for the adult to receive a yoga lessons as well as the child will receive a tailored children lesson. At the end of the day there will be time for a “parent/guardian-child” yoga lesson to combine both individual lessons together.

While the parent/guardian will have their lessons in the morning, the children will be looked after and can discover the large garden with its fruit trees and vegetable patches. We also have a trampoline and mud kitchen and a tepee tent to creature daily new adventures.

We offer five double bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 3 people in each room. Some rooms would share the bathroom facilities and some are en-suite. We also have one 2 room – apartment, which has a double bedroom and a separate lounge/kitchen and patio.

All typed of accommodation could be let longer before or after the retreat and would be charge on a daily rate.

Each room can accommodate an extra bed or children bed, maximum occupancy per room would be three people.
