This villa is perfectly set up for families with children. It has a front garden with the main pool and a rear garden with a terrace, a children splash pool and a trampoline. The gardens and villa are both securely fenced off to ensure the safety for your children and your tranquility.
The house is entered from the driveway and its private terrace, through an elegant wooden front door into the entrance hall. The property occupies two floors with the master bedroom downstairs which makes it wheelchair accessible. There is also an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a bath. This also includes a walk in dressing room and access to the terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
On the other side of the house, there is a large lounge with a dining area and a TV Snug area. From the lounge one can approach the fully equipped kitchen. This includes an American fridge, an island with an integrated wine fridge and granite surfaces. The kitchen opens to the terrace which is south facing, and there is also a private rear garden which offers shade in the hot Summer months. Both outdoor areas are equipped with furniture and sun loungers.
On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms which can be arranged as twin bedrooms as required. One bedroom has en-suite shower facility and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with double sinks, bath with shower and separate toilet facilities.
You will also find a changing table for babies with bathing facilities, potty training equipment, a staircase security gate and some feeding utensils.
Location
Our villa is only a 10min walk from the historic town of Uzès. There you can find local markets, fine boutiques and restaurants. Enjoy a canoe trip on the Gard from Collias to the famous Pont du Gard or visit Avignon which was the pope residency in the 16th century.
