Modern in style yet with a French twist, the villa is well equipped with high quality furniture and a stone fire place. The beautiful hand iron mongered entrance gate leads to a large front court yard with ample parking which brings you to the entrance of the main house.
Entering the main house, the lounge opens up impressively over two floors with its exposed beams and high ceilings. There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor which all open to the South facing terrace. There are two more double bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom with a double sink and separate toilet facilities. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony offering a scenic view across the Uzès countryside.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern high quality white goods and an American fridge with ice cubes making facilities. The large garden with fruit and olive trees invite to relax in the sun. The Summer kitchen with integrated BBQ opens up to the large terrace and pool area. The gym and sauna and pool invite to relax in its surroundings.
Our villa manager will welcome you upon arrival and will be there 24/7 to help you with any questions or babysitting or arranging a private chef.
Location
Our villa is only a 10min walk from the historic town of Uzes. There you can find local markets, fine boutiques and restaurants. Enjoy a canoe trip on the Gard from Collias to the famous Pont du Gard or visit Avignon which was the pope residency in the 16th century. Nimes offers an open air Amphitheatre which host concerts and shows. Aix-en-Provcence can be reached in 90 min. The closest beach at Montpellier is only 60 min away.
